Alhaji Yahaya Bello A self-acclaimed investigative journalist and hunter of corrupt politicians in Nigeria, Jackson Ude, has made a grave allegation against the embattled former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
Ude accused former Governor Yahaya Bello of allegedly masterminding the death of about 20 citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria including some political thugs and son of a former member of the Senate in Nigeria when he was the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
Ude accused former Governor Yahaya Bello of having supervised the killing of about 20 people throughout his 8 years in office as the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
He said "In his 8yrs reign as Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, supervised the political assassination of over 50 persons, some of whom included the son of a 90yrs old former Senator Obaro Isa.
Breaking down the list of the people whose deaths were allegedly sponsored by Yahaya Bello, Ude claimed that "From number 7-12 are the thugs who had invaded the National Assembly in 2018 and snatched the maze from the National Assembly in a bid to stop the suspension of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege. Bello is said to be the one who supplied them as political thugs to any politician who needed the services of thugs.
"Informants told me that they were not paid their dues and had threatened to expose Bello. Bello allegedly lured them to a location where they were all assassinated. The man leading the killing squad made up of DSS and Navy personnel for him is Tijani origins Muhammad alias Oliver, an illiterate who was forcefully sponsored into the House of Reps by Bello," Ude claimed.
