Crashed helicopter This is everything about a commercial helicopter which is said to be owned by AirFirst which crash-landed in Oba Akran residential area of Lagos State today. It has been awhile that plane crash occured in the state, though.
The national emergency management agency, few minutes ago confirmed that
the Helicopter with Registration Number 5NCCQ Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd crashed near Lagos Airport Tuesday evening.
NEMA in a statement said it's staff and that of LASEMA, Fire Service, security Agencies and other stakeholders carried out search and rescue operation. The two crew members and two passengers on board were said to have been rescued from wreckage.
A live CCTV coverage of the helicopter crashed showed that it crashed into the busy expressway, which eventually became empty as at the time the chopper was crash-landing.
