Argentina football star, Lionel Messi was delayed at Beijing Airport today when he was traveling to Taiwan where he would Captain his Argentina Football Team in a friendly match with Australia.

Former Paris Saint German player, Lionel Messi was traveling alongside his international teammate Angel di Maria, Rodrigo De Paul and some bodyguards when he was stopped by the immigration officers in Beijing.

The Immigration officers in Beijing discovered that Lionel Messi presented a Spanish document rather than his Argentina Passport which would allow him to pass through Beijing to Taiwan.

He was delayed for some hours before the official granted her a pass on self recognition. However, the Beijing immigration officers ensured that Lionel Messi was made to realize that he was wrong for presenting wrong document as his Argentina International Passport before he was allowed to pass.
