AA Rano Actually, the news is trending that one of the major petroleum marketers in Nigeria, AA Rano has ordered its petroleum stations to sell a liter of the premium motor spirit, otherwise called petroleum at N400 rate.
This news, which tallies with the news that many Nigerians would want to hear, mostly at this time when many people are lamenting the hike in the fuel pump price, following the removal of oil subsidy by the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his presidential inauguration.
Great to hear that AA Rano is bringing down the price of petroleum just like Pinnacle Filling Station owned by Enugu State Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah is said to have lowered its price in Enugu.
However, it is important to note that the trending news does not imply that all the AA Rano filling stations across Nigeria now sell at N400 per liter. Only the AA Rano located in Kano State has been ordered to sell at this rate, although it may be extended to all his branches across the Nation, but he has not said that.
