The body of an unidentified woman was found hanging from a tree in a bush in Kaltungo local government area of Gombe State yesterday.

Eyewitnesses disclosed the woman’s coalescence was unknown, strengthening speculations on the circumstances surrounding her death.

Some residents purported that she committed suicide while others revealed she might have been killed and hanged.

Police spokesman, Buhari Abdullahi, affirmed the incident, promising to provide further details later, howbeit he described the incident as an apparent suicide.
