Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has lost his Ikeja Local government Area to the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu who is seeking re-election as the Executive Governor of the state.
After collation is completed at the Ikeja Local Government Area, Governor Babajide Sanwoolu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) score 32,273 votes to defeat Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party who polled 15,174 votes to come distance second while Olajide Adeniran who is widely known as Jandor of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored 1,616 votes
