Bala Mohammed
The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Muhammed, has sent the names of three commissioner nominees to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The nomination was contained in a letter sent to the Bauchi State House of Assembly by the Secretary to the State Government, Ibrahim Muhammad Kashi.
The commissioner nominations were necessitated following the death of a former commissioner in the state, and the resignation of two other commissioners.
The names of the nominees are Engr. Mohammed Binni Abdulkadir from Itas Gadau Local Government, Hon. Sani Mohammed Dambam from Dambam Local Government, and Hon. Zainab Baban Takko from Bauchi Local Government.

The letter sent to the house, seeking the screening and confirmation of the commissioner nominees states that Engr. Mohammed Binni Abdulkadir will replace Hon. Hajara Jibrin Gidado who recently resigned; Hon. Sani Mohammed Dambam will replace the late Hon. Ahmed Aliyu Jalam while Hon. Zainab Baban Takko will replace Hon. Mahmood Babamaji who also recently resigned.
