Please Wake Me, Atiku Shout Out over Tinubu's Victory

Former Vice President of Nigeria and 2023 presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has expressed confusion over the emergence of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Atiku expressed his confusion in a tweet where he said he wonders how Tinubu was allowed to become President of Nigeria following alleged discrepancies in his academic profile.

He said Tinubu's academic declaration to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) during the presidential election does not bear Primary and Secondary schools and he was allowed to take part in the election, and still proceed to win the poll.

Atiku, therefore, called on Nigerians to be as confused as he is, and ask Tinubu how he allegedly managed to graduate from Chicago State University without passing through primary and secondary schools.

Atiku Abubakar said "I woke up this morning wondering how we got to this cul de sac. In 1999, @officialABAT claimed he attended St. John's Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos, before proceeding to Children's Home School in Ibadan. According to him, his next port of call in his educational journey was Government College Ibadan and, Richard Daley College and Chicago State University in the United States. Curiously, in 2023, Tinubu settled with attending only @ChicagoState. I am scratching my head. How is that possible? Methinks that all well-meaning Nigerians should be as confused as I am with Tinubu’s declaration that he had no primary and secondary education, yet he has a university degree. You may wish to #AskTinubu how he attained this feat so that we can learn from his ingenuity.

However, the sudden change in Atiku Abubakar's quest for Nigerians to ask Tinubu about the discrepancies in his primary and secondary school Education seems to have hit a deadlock in his pursuit for Tinubu's Chicago State University's record which later formed the apex of his tribunal case.
