Pastor Ezekiel Odero A photo of Pastor Ezekiel Odero who is being interrogated by the Kenyan Police Authority has emerged as revelation shows he will spend the weekend in the Police Remand.
Pastor Odero was recently arrested by the Police for allegedly causing the death of some Kenyans, deliberately. He was arrested over claims of religious indoctrination in his Mavueni church.
Pastor Odero was also alleged of making dubious money from the sales of fake anointing oils and miracles to his poor followers. He was said to have built a private mansion worth Sh1 billion with luxurious cars, including Lexus LX570 which he drove to the Police station yesterday when he was invited for questioning.
According to our sources, Pastor Odero, who is a popular televangelist and the founder of the New Life Prayer Centre and Church, was used to taking ill people away from their hospital beds to his church where he promises them a spiritual solution to their ailments.
A police source, however, revealed to us that Pastor Odero would not be released this week. He will remain in Police custody till Tuesday, May 2nd after the May Day holidays.
