Apostle Agochukwu
A Nigerian Pastor, Apostle Agochukwu, has suspended one of his church's ushers for laughing during a suspicious prophecy/ deliverance session.
The affected usher was sent home for three months after the pastor accused her of laughing at the church during a display of miraculous deliverance.
Apostle Agochukwu insisted that the female usher was responsible for a failed miraculous exercise embarked upon by the church recently. He accused the female usher, who has been a long-time member of the church, of stopping him from actualizing a deliverance exercise in the church with her giggling.
A source revealed to The Around Tablet that "Apostle Gosple Agochukwu accused the female usher who has worshipped in the church for 8 years of cutting him off from the spiritual realm with her giggling.
Reacting to the development, some citizens claimed the pastor should have understood that the majority of the deliverance sessions in Nigerian churches are dramatic sessions which might have stimulated the female usher before she decided to laugh.
