Professor Yemi Osinbajo
Nigerian former Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osibanjo, has revealed his last moment with the late former Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, at their home when they met on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, a few days before Wigwe died.

Prof. Osinbajo, while mourning the death of Wigwe, described him as a visionary, thoughtful, progressive, and compassionate Nigerian who spent his life servicing God through his service to men.

Prof. Osinbajo said, at his last meeting with Wigwe, that he informed him about his new university projects, as he intended to use the project to help people, the community, and the nation.

Prof. Osinbajo said, Wigwe also had an agenda to assist youths across the country meet their goals.

Sharing details of his last moment with Wigwe while sympathizing with Wigwe and Nwuba families, Prof. Osinbajo recalled, "Herbert and I spent the afternoon together in our home on Thursday, February 1st. He shared the Wigwe University Vision, collaborations with Ivy League universities, immediate research objectives, the scholarship scheme for bright students unable to pay fees, and how the infrastructure around the University—especially the roads and power plant—would benefit the entire community. He also discussed various initiatives for giving young people across the country opportunities to excel, particularly in sustainability and climate action ideas.

"In Herbert’s typical style—thoughtful, progressive, compassionate—he quietly did great things. He was a profoundly deep individual who understood that man's service is service to God. As is the way of mortals, he leaves much undone, but the seed that keeps the forests growing has been planted. All his legacies will grow, and his dreams will become reality.

Herbert Wigwe died in a helicopter crash in California, United States of America, alongside his wife, Chizoba; son, Chizi and a business partner on Friday, February 9th, 2024.

Although Dr. Kemi Olunloyo asserted that Wigwe could have been possibly killed by his allies, The Round Table found an interesting Complex Letter That Claim Wigwe's Death Was A Natural Justice for His Alleged Misdeed.
