JUST IN: Miyetti Allah leader shot dead by gunmen in Kwara Some yet-to-identified gunmen have killed Idris Sakaina, the leader of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria in Kwara State.
It was gathered that the gunmen attacked Sakaina right in front of his residence in Oke Ose, Ilorin at about 10 pm on Saturday and shot him dead.
Sources disclosed after shooting the 32-year-old Miyetti Allah leader, the gunmen men left him in his pool of blood and dashed away.
According to the source, no single item was collected from Sakaina by the hoodlums.
One of the witnesses, Aina’u Sarki disclosed he was with Sakaina 20 minutes before the incident occurred.

Sarki stated, “I was with him 20 minutes before he was killed. Someone summoned me on phone and informed me that he was shot dead.”
The Special Assistant to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Inter-Community Relations, Fulani, Muhammed Abdullahi has validated the incident.
Abdullahi noted that Sakaina was killed by the gunmen in front of his residence.
“We are preparing for his janaza as I speak to you now albeit the police were here yesterday and have started an investigation,” he said.
