The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the cut-off marks for the students seeking admissions into higher schools of learning.
According to a release by the JAMB Students seeking admission into the university must score at least 140/400 while the cut-off marks for the Polytechnics are pegged to at least 100/400. Students seeking admission into Colleges of Education are also pegged to score at least 100/400.
This is the first time since the history of JAMB that both polytechnics and Colleges of Education would be pegged at the same score.
Besides, University cut-off marks which are pegged at 140 this year have always been between 160, 180, and 200 while polytechnic's Cut Off Marks have always been between 150, 160, and 180.
Cut-off marks in Colleges of Education have always been pegged between 100 and 150 in the past.
