He denied the news reported by the blog and vowed to ensure that ni person is allowed to get out of their house by next Monday.

He condemned MASSOB, Ohanaze ndigbo and some members of the IPOB that have been ejected from the proscribed group while he accused them of being behind the shameful news.

Describing the report by the blog as a shameful one, Simon Ekpa said "What a shame, MASSOB, OHANEZE, expelled Criminals in IPOB, all gathered and using my name to write nonsense. Bunch of criminals, you all have been defeated and by next Monday, not even a chicken will be seen anywhere in the street. After the inauguration of the de facto government of Biafra. These criminals will see how we will restore Biafra and free Maxi Nnamdi Kanu (MNK). We have the key to our freedom. Disregard this fake news. Since these cowards want to start propaganda, we will change the game.
