Simon Ekpa Self-acclaimed Prime Minister of Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRGIE), Simon Ekpa has threatened to evict all the five sitting State Governors in the Southeast unless they accept their bid to break away from Nigeria.
This was contained in a brief submitted by the self-acclaimed Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile, Simon Ekpa while reacting to a news report where Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, invited the Federal Government of Nigeria to assist the states in curtailing the insecurity activities happening in the region.
Governor Uzodinma had called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to come to their aid in the Southeast as the state government has failed to ensure the security of its citizens.
Reacting to the call on the Federal Government by Governor Uzodinma, Simon Ekpa stated that "The only legitimate government in Biafraland are Biafra Republic government in Exile and de facto government of Biafra In homeland. Anyone serving Nigeria within Biafra territory is illegitimate and will be evicted soon.
In a separate report, Simon Ekpa also threatened that the military wing of the Biafra Republic is ready to combat the Nigerian Army. He insisted that Biafra Liberation Army has activated "Operation Python Must Die."
He said "If you Come to Biafra land to kill Biafrans, I promise you will die there. Biafra Liberation Army will neutralize you. We have activated the operation Python must die. All of you terrorists @HQNigerianArmy going to Biafra land should write your will before leaving from your location.
