Labani There has been mixed reaction from Nigerian citizens on social media, particularly Facebook, as a lady took the experience of her friend, Sabi Chic to the platform.
The lady, Vera Onyekwere, had posted a Facebook post showing her friend, and a guy who was said to be a tricycle Rider probably in Enugu, with one iPhone 13 Pro Max, claimed to be worth N1 million at today's market price.
Revealing her friend's ordeal, Vera Onyekwere, stated that her friend boarded a commercial tricycle, and her iPhone 13 Pro Max mistakenly fell into the tricycle whose rider had no specific base to make contact for recovery.
Interestingly, her friend called the iPhone and was picked up by the tricycle Rider who promised to return the phone at the lady's location but after he offloaded the passengers onboard his tricycle.
The tricyclist who was simply identified as Labani returned to the given address by the lady and handed over her one million naira iPhone 13 Pro Max to her without bargaining despite a claim by Labani that he knew the market value of the phone. However, Labani claimed his religion did not permit him to take what did not belong to him.
Vera claimed that money was offered to Labani to appreciate his good gesture but he first rejected it until much persuasion and begging.
Disclosing the experience which was described as strange to her, Vera wrote on Facebook:
"Meet Labani he is from Kastina state
"He is a Muslim, he returned this my Friends iPhone 13 Pro Max that I am holding( left hand ), the lady in the picture is the owner of the phone, the phone was mistakenly forgotten inside his keke and he was called to return it.
"He said he would return it, that he is carrying a passenger that once he offloads them he will come to the location and hand it over.
"He returned the phone and went back inside his keke to drive off without requesting anything, he was called back and was offered money in appreciation he declined but said he couldn’t see what was not his own and took it that he was a core Muslim that they don’t steal, was begged to take the money which he later accepted.
"He needs to be appreciated 🤝God bless you Lebani.
"Phone of over 1millon he returned it despite knowing the worth of the phone.
The Round Table also learned that Sabi Chic, the lady who misplaced the phone is into the sales of luxurious jewelry in Enugu, the capital city of Enugu State.
Confirming the incident, Sabi Chic, stated "Thank you so much Labbani!!! God bless you🙏
Am the lady that forgot IPhone13Promax in his keke and he brought it back to me jejely.

Sabi Chic, as part of his appreciation, has also hired Labani as her personal Keke rider.
Interestingly, Sabi Chic claims that since the story was unveiled, she has received some calls from Northerners who are ready to compensate Labani for his virtuous behavior.
