Ahead of the January 13, 2024 opening of the competition, Group A Winners, Nigeria, and Group E, Ghana have been paired to share the same hotel in Abidjan, the country's capital city.
The Black Stars of Ghana and Super Eagles of Nigeria will therefore share the same hotel with Nigeria in the Pullman Hotel, Abidjan-Plateau. A night in this hotel is N165,250.
Plateau is the city’s lively business district, home to government ministries and office buildings, plus St. Paul’s Cathedral with its modern, cross-shaped tower. The Musée des Civilisations de Côte d’Ivoire displays carvings, ceramics, and statues, while Stade Félix Houphouët Boigny hosts international soccer matches and athletics. There’s also a smattering of upmarket restaurants and bakeries. One of its amazing features in the city is to welcome thousands of bats after dark, which gather above the lagoon to hunt mosquitoes and other insects
