Cleaning up of Enugu by Governor Mbah
Following his acclaimed political campaign during the electioneering season, the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Peter Ndubushi Mbah has commenced activities to clean up the lumps of debris that littered the streets of Enugu city, the state capital.

Unfortunately, despite the good move by Governor Mbah, residents are making other demands that seem they do not need the clean environment which Governor Mbah is giving a priority.

The Governor boasted that "during our campaign, I promised Ndi Enugu that within 100 days in office, I will ensure that our environment is clean of dirt, to foster healthy living. In that regard, evacuation of waste has begun in Enugu metropolis, and will soon spread to every community. Our goal is not only to achieve a clean environment but also to convert waste to wealth in the long run.

Although some of the residents appreciated and described Governor's decision to clean up the city of Enugu as a "good move," majority of the residents were making different demands from the government.

Among the new demands that people are tendering before the governors include water provisions across the state, need to setup a corporate waste management agency whose operations will cover the entire state, demand to stop how war against Sit-at-Home.

Amazingly, one of the demands that some people presented before the Governor was the issues of Agents and Lawyers who they claimed are extorting them whenever they are in need of real estates service. Unfortunately, people decried that Agents and Lawyers tax their client higher than the landlords collect as rent in Enugu State.

Many residents also decried the poor states of Enugu roads and pleased with Governor Mbah to come to their rescue.
