A Pastor of the World Changers Chapel International, WCCI, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja chapter, yesterday, rolled out his palliative measure to the members of his church, feeding them immediately after Service.
The Pastor decided to extend his kinda gesture to his church members, feeding them with a free wrap of Fufu and draw soup.
The Pastor who described his special intervention programme as "Compassion Service For the Poor and Destitutes" restated his commitment to helping members of his church through the trying time.
Recall that there is a recent rise in the prices of food items, and other essential commodities in the country leaving citizens with hardship in meeting their end means.
The economic challenges had made it extremely difficult for some citizens to have two meals per day as prices of food items became unbearable.
In his bid to relieve members of his church, the Pastor of World Changers Chapel International, WCCI, prepared wraps of Fufu, Nigerian Cassava Pellet food with sufficient energy production, and draw soup.
Members of the church including elderly ones were seen eating a wrap of Fufu, soup, and sachet water inside the church, immediately after the church service.
Although some Nigerians believe the Pastor is an attention seeker, many residents who appreciated his good gesture commended and prayed for him, mostly amidst the economic challenges.
Recall that this is coming when some pastors still send strong messages to their congregations to pay tithes by all means despite the economic hardship, claiming payment of Tithe is the only way for them to make heaven.
