Prophet Odumeje The clergyman and the General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry l (The Land of Freedom and a Miracle Centre), Onitsha, Anambra State, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, who is popularly known as Odumeje, has condemned his critics and those calling him a "comedian".
Prophet Odumeje is mostly described as randomly regarded as a man of God, comedian, and musician who calls himself "the liquid metal", the fight, the lion, and all sorts of names on his altar.
Recently, in one of his reactions to his controversial prophetic lifestyle, Prophet Odumeje exemplified himself and called his critics "Idiots" for calling him a comedian because of his ways of prophecizing.
“You're Idiot For calling me a comedian. Nobody in history has ever done the kind of miracle that I do. I'm not a joker, I'm a dead man in a battle fight. I'm coming for you," Prophet Odumeje warned while condemning his critics.
Prophet Odumeje has been involved in various controversial moments with some citizens because of his prophetic styles and statements.
Early, last year, Prophet Odumeje claimed his time in life was about to come to an end, claiming he had completed his earthly Ministry.
He said “I came to this world for a purpose, and that purpose has been fulfilled. I have finished my earthly ministry, and I will leave soon.
Towards the end of 2023, Prophet Odumeje vowed to make any Pastor who prayed for Israel to be victorious against Gaza, deaf and dumb.
He said, “All these pastors praying for Israel, you have not even prayed for your country, Nigeria. Any pastor that I hear pray ‘pim’ for any Israel, I will make you deaf and dumb.”
Prophet Odumeje gave the threat a few weeks after Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG) vowed to pray for Israel's victory in the war against Gaza.
Pastor Adeboye had said, in a video clip, “Hello, my beloved brothers in Israel; I want you to know that we are praying for you, that all members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God worldwide are standing by you at this critical moment.
“The Almighty God, the only one of Israel, will give you absolute victory and permanent peace from now on in the mighty name of Jesus. It’s going to be well with you; we pray that this one will be the war that will end all wars in Israel, that from now on, it will be peace, it will be progress, and no one ever again will disturb Israel.”
However, the video clip of Pastor Adeboye's prayer was deleted not too long after Prophet Odumeje gave the threat.
