Supreme Court Delivered Judgment on Nnamdi Kanu
Nnamdi Kanu
The Supreme Court of Nigeria's five-member panel headed by Justice Kudrat Kekere-Ekun has ruled against the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

The judgment delivered by the court, today denied Nnamdi Kanu access to bail meaning the IPOB leader will continue to be kept in custody pending the decision of the terrorism and treason case that was entered against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Although the Supreme Court faulted the ways Nnamdi Kanu was brought back to the country from Kenya, Kanu was declared answerable to the treason cases entered against him before he jumped bail, and illegally flew the country.
