Pastor Joshua of the Shepherd's House Church in Abuja distributes king-size bread to 600 families during today's service to encourage his members.
According to him "Today, we distribute king-size loaves of bread to more than 600 families to encourage God’s people."
Some churches have been sharing food items to their members, recently, to alleviate the effects of economic hardships facing the country.
Recently, a pastor of World Changer Church International, WCCI, Abuja, shared a wrap of Fufu and sachet water for his church members after last Sunday service.
The Pastor who described his special intervention program as "Compassion Service For the Poor and Destitutes" restated his commitment to helping members of his church through the trying time.
Also, a resident Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre in Uyo, Pastor Usman Samson, on Sunday, shared food items with the members of the Church amidst the economic hardships facing the country.
This is coming when some pastors called on their congregations to keep paying tithes for them to make heaven, even amidst the economic challenges.
Recall that the rise in the prices of food items and other essential commodities in the market had led to serious economic hardship leaving many Nigerians with extremism in meeting their daily needs.
