Photo Credit: Twitter Former Governor of Kano State and the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria's People's Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, is in Benin City capital for his presidential campaign rally ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Ahead of the Rabiu Kwankwaso's presidential rally in the state, the Executive Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, alongside his deputy, Philip Shuaibu, met with the former member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP, Engr Kwankwaso who is now a presidential candidate of the NNPP.
The purpose of the visit by Governor Obaseki and his deputy, Shuaibu to kwankwaso was not, however, disclosed.
Presidential election candidate of NNPP, Rabiu Keankwaso said, on his twitter handle "This morning, I was honored to receive my good friends, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State and His Deputy, Comrade Philip Shuaibu, at my accommodation in Benin City, Edo State.
Until few days to the presidential primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, was a member of the PDP but later dumped the party to join a newly formed party, NNPP where he is contesting for the presidential seat of Nigeria.
