Headmaster, Teacher at Niger State Government House Niger State Government Authority has queried the headmaster and class teacher of the primary school pupil who criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for causing economic hardships in the country.
Recall that The Round Table reported a viral video where a primary school boy, in his defense during a school debate, claimed that voting should not be made compulsory citing an instance that President Tinubu who was elected through an election has caused hardships for the residents of the country.
Reacting to the school debate which trended viral on social media platforms, the Minister of State for Defense, Bello Matawalle claimed making "unwarranted" and "unguarded statements" against President Bola Tinubu's government over insecurity and rising food prices will have consequences.
Although the composure of the kid is excellent, his utterances pose a threat to his future and the stability of the country.
The Niger State government, where the incident occurred, therefore summoned the headmaster and class teacher of the kid whose performance was greeted with mixed reactions.
The economic hardships facing Nigerians have been traced to President Tinubu's economic policies including oil subsidies removal and naira floatation. However, the Round Table understands that economic sabotage is the major threat challenging Nigeria's economy.
