An athlete is a person who is trained or skilled in physical exercises, sports, or games requiring physical strength, agility, or stamina. Athletes can participate in various activities, such as professional sports like football, basketball, tennis, boxing, etc.


Athletic activities also include Track and field events like running, jumping, throwing, etc. Team sports events like soccer, hockey, volleyball, etc. are also included in athletic activities.


Individual sporting events like  swimming, gymnastics, wrestling, etc. are also athletic activities.


Athletes typically require a high level of physical fitness, coordination, and skill to compete at various levels, including local, national, and international levels.

Stephen Curry, Basketball player 

Ronaldo's annual salary is far more than the annual earning of the closest athletes in earning including Stephen Curry who earns $156 million being financial benefits he accrued from his National Basketball Association (NBA) and endorsement deals; and Tyson Fury who earns annual salary of $146 million from boxing matches and endorsement deals.
