In a commanding pre-season performance, Al-Nassr delivered a resounding 4-0 victory over Portuguese side Rio Ave at the Estadio Do Algarve. The star of the show was none other than Cristiano Ronaldo, who showcased his enduring class with a brilliant hat-trick.

The match, which took place on Thursday, served as a crucial part of Al-Nassr's preparations for the upcoming season. The Saudi club, with its star-studded lineup, displayed a strong attacking intent from the start.

Al-Nassr's opener came in the 15th minute, with Mohamed Simakan finding the back of the net after a headed knockdown from new signing Joao Felix. The combination of the two new arrivals set the tone for the match, with Felix impressing in his second start for the club.

Ronaldo, who had a stellar 2024-25 season as the Saudi Pro League's top scorer, continued his goal-scoring form. He doubled Al-Nassr's lead just before halftime with a powerful finish following a brilliant link-up with Joao Felix.

In the second half, the 40-year-old Portuguese legend completed his hat-trick. After a missed penalty by Sadio Mané, Ronaldo quickly capitalized with a header just 16 seconds later, extending Al-Nassr's lead to 3-0. He then converted a penalty himself in the 68th minute, sealing his hat-trick and the team's 4-0 victory.

The match highlights Al-Nassr's strength in attack and their promising pre-season form. The partnership between Ronaldo and Felix, along with contributions from other key players, suggests a formidable force for the season ahead.
