Sanusi Lamido Sanusi Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and ex-Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has made a demand from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He said he is ready to fight with President Tinubu if his demand is not met.
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, in a viral video asked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ensure that payment of oil subsidy is discontinued. It could be recalled that Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has been advocating for the removal of oil subsidy since he was the Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
Lamido also demanded from President Tinubu to ensure that he does everything possible to eradicate the disparity between the official and the black market rate of dollars in the county.
Lamido vowed that he will fight President Tinubu if these are not done. He dares the President to be ready to deal with him if he is not ready to satisfy his demand.
"To my friend Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. If you continue with petroleum subsidy payment and disparity in official and black market rate of dollars, we will fight and you have to be ready to deal with me," Sanusi Lamido Sanusi said.
