MKO Abiola Son of Late Moshood Kashimawo Olawale (MKO) Abiola, Kola Abiola has stated that the immediate past President Muhammadu Buhari did not wholeheartedly make June 12 every year a post-humor respect for his late dad, MKO Abiola.
Kola Abiola, featuring on an AriseTV program, stated that although former President Muhammadu Buhari dedicate the pronouncement of June 12th democracy day as an honor for his late dad he did not mention the name of his dad, even for once in his presidential speech on June 12th, 2018 when the declaration was made.
Reacting to the remark by Kola Abiola, many Nigerians debunked his claim and tagged him an 'ingrate' for the statement.

Mr Narcos: He didn't just declare June 12 the democracy day, he bestowed on him the highest honor of the land which is only reserved to the President. He publicly apologizes to your family on behalf of the nation. Mentioning his name is now his problem, this is ungratefulness personified!
