Victim of the attack A person identified to be a youth leader in the Nakere community of Wamba Local Government Area of Nasarawa NN!, Tari Moses Gbaja, has been killed by unknown gunmen.
The gunmen were said to have invaded the Wamba community late on Wednesday where they killed one person and took away two residents of the community.
The attack occurred in the community on Wednesday, February 28 around 9 pm.
Also, a businessman, Nnamani Albert, and one other identified as Tabitha Dauda Musa who happens to be the wife to the presiding pastor of the Christ-Elect Revival Mission in the community were kidnapped and whisked away to an unknown destination.
Scores of residents of the community also sustained injuries during the attack and are currently receiving medical attention at a nearby hospital.
