Peter Obi Followers of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi may be planning to shut down the country through a nationwide protest.
A source disclosed to the Round Table that the obidients allegedly held a special space meeting where they agreed on the modality of their planned protest. Date of commencement of the protest is not yet disclosed but venues of the protests and its modalities have been agreed on.
They have chosen 10 strategic locations where the protests would be taking place, simultaneously. The locations they agreed to stage their protests are:
Anywhere very close to the Eaglw Square in Abuja
The roads that lead to all Airports across the country. Private wings of the airports are the targets.
All the roads that lead to Offices of foreign Consulates/Embassy in Nigeria.
The road that lead to the Aso Villa, Abuja.
All the roads that lead to Multinational organisations and agencies in the country.
All the roads that lead to the Ports in Lagos.
All the roads that lead to the Force Headquarters
All the roads that lead the National Assembly, Abuja
All the roads that lead to the Supreme Court.
And the roads that lead to the Offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), across the states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
They had allegedly planned to make the protest look like a peaceful one but with ulterior motives.
Lagos State is a target as they have allegedly planned to frustrated most of these venues to the extent that they will be sleeping, over the night, on the roads.
They planned to roll on the floor, sing, and wail to foment troubles with intent to send bad signals to the international communities.
