Nigerian Man Rearrested in Thailand for Sneaking back to the Country After He Was Deported for Drug Trafficking

Thailand Police arresting Harrison Chinoso
Harrison Chinoso, a Nigerian resident in Thailand has been arrested by the Thailand Police Authority for sneaking back to the country after he was early deported for drug trafficking.

According to Thailand Post English, Harrison was arrested by the joint team of Phuket Immigration and Chalong police station team on Wednesday in Phuket, for illegal entry.

The 40-year-old Harrison had his Thailand apartment searched by the Police Authority but nothing vindictive was discovered. Although while checking his identity card, or was detected that Harrison has once been deported from Thailand in 2018 for possessing cocaine. He is now arrested for 'illegal entry and overstay' in the country.

Our source stated that, ”Mr. Harrison had been arrested for a Type 2 narcotic (cocaine) case and had been in the Kingdom in excess, causing him to be deported many years ago but secretly escaped into Thailand again through the natural border checkpoint on the Cambodian border."

After no information was found on any travel the suspect made in and out of the country, he was brought to the police station for prosecution and further investigations.
