A high court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has given an order restraining pro-Wike lawmakers from parading themselves as members of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

This follows the invasion of the Rivers State House of Assembly on Thursday by Governor Siminalayi Fubara of the state.

According to our source, the high court sitting in Port Harcourt, presided over by His Lordship, Hon. Justice Charles N. Wali, has issued an Order of interim injunction, restraining Martin Amaewhule and others from parading themselves as members of the Rivers State House of Assembly

Recall that Rt. Hon. Victor Oko Jumbo one of the three lawmakers loyal to Governor Fubara was announced as speaker of the house.
