Bola Tinubu The chief spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa presidential campaign council, Daniel Bwala has revealed a reason the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu may not be able to revive the Hope of common Nigerians as promised during the presidential campaign.
Recall that Bola Tinubu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the February 25th presidential election, tagged his campaign train "Hope2023" with a quite number of projects and administrative strategies in view to transforming the proficiency of the country.
Bwala, a member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) although sounds like he believes in the administrative capabilities of the president-elect to deliver on his promises, doubts how it would be possible with his projected cabinet list.
Bwala hinted that a projected cabinet list of Tinubu, containing about nine former governors may stage a colossal setback at his mission.
Although Bwala refused to mention the former governors in his view, he is of the perception that the former governors are th e "root causes" of the national problems that Tinubu wants to correct, mostly at the state level.
However, recall that yesterday some serving and former governors in Nigeria paid a courtesy visit to the president-elect, Bola Tinubu at the Defense House where he is currently living in preparation for his inauguration on May 29th.
Among the former and serving governors who visited Tinubu yesterday were former Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers, Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina, Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara among others.
