President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Recently, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the Federal Republic of Nigeria approved the dissolution of all Federal agencies, boards, and parastatals. Many agencies, boards, and parastatals of the Federal Government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies are included in the membership shakeups.
However, many people were concerned about the list of a few Federal parastatals that are not included in the parastatals that were declared dissolved.
13 Federal parastatals have immunity against the dissolution order given by President Tinubu, and this is because the agencies are statutory which have numbers of years that their members must spend except for any legislative or natural declaration.
The concerned number of federal parastatals that are not affected by the order given by President Tinubu are:
