Ada Anambra On the ways to take occupation of a position that has to do with the center, there is no doubt that every hand must be on the deck to support the man on the throne. This is similar to the character expected of any individual or ethnic group who hopes to occupy the seat of the Presidency of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. With experience and what is still at stake, the Igbo people of the Southeastern part of Nigeria are very far from the Nigerian seat of Power, and the ethnicity may have a very long way to go if its dream to occupy the jointly owned Aso Rock is to come to pass.
The opening statement may sound heavy and mindboggling, no excuse; and no regret, Igbo people deserve more pieces of such bitter truth in admonition, if they will heed.
Tolerance starts from your immediate home, and if you fail to tolerate your immediate family, there is no doubt that foreigners shall be crucified by your inconsiderate idiosyncrasy. This takes us to the proposed summit organized by some Igbo people, allegedly aiming to exchange ideas on how to promote the region both economically and politically.
Igbo youths under the aegis of Alaigbo Youth Forum had organized a two-day economic summit themed “Redefining The Economic and Political Landscape of South Eastern Nigeria” with a focus on convening prominent Igbo individuals including Business Leaders, Writers, Creatives, and Executives committed to the region’s growth.
The Committee organizing the forum earlier extended its invite to Miss Chidimma Makuachukwu, one of the Igbo daughters who brilliantly saw beyond the geographical enclave, and against all odds surrounding her, supported the presidential ambition of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the 2023 General Election, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who by the grace of God is now the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Unfortunately, the organizing committee with no clear-cut explanation withdrew her invitation on a mere claim.
The organizing committee of the AlaIgbo Youth Forum Summit alleged that Miss Chidimma who is popularly known as Ada Anambra on the social media spaces has been involved in running “derogatory statements towards the Igbo community and her involvement in damning ethnic profiling & violence against Ndi Igbo [Peter Obi’s failed presidential ambition in view].”
Majority of Nigerians are Vindicated, Once Again
Remarkably, the majority of Nigerians who stood against the presidential ambition of Mr. Peter during the 2023 general election cited the danger ahead of the country if a candidate with an ethno-religion agenda is allowed to take over the control of the affairs of the state from Aso Rock. The recent action by the Alaigbo Youths has once vindicated them, and they have been proven right because it would have been self-destructive to hand the control of a country like Nigeria to a group of individuals who see diversity as a bane, and shout “destroy them! Destroy them!” at anyone who sees beyond their geopolitical zone.
If you are still among the few minorities who mimic being a Nigerian but in support of the deceptive politics of intolerance being played by the stakeholders in the Southeast, it would be a task on you to ask if the organizer lost their memories when they were sending an invitation to Miss Chidimma in the first place.
Besides, it is left to you to query the sincerity of the organizer if truly their agenda is pro-Igbo or another heinous motive which could be similar to the failed presidential ambition of their patron and ethno-religious political tool, Mr. Peter Obi.
Many Sins of Miss Chidimma Ada Anambra
The sins of Ada Anambra are not far fetch. She saw clearer than they could; she warned them, stood by her conviction, and defeated them to become the Queen of the Eastern Saints.
Remarkably, Ada Anambra did not only supported the presidential ambition of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, exercising her rights to the Freedom of Association; she was among the first set of people who debunked the heinous agenda of the Igbo people in Lagos State to present a governorship candidate with Igbo sympathy, and henceforth deal with and flush out the indigenous Yoruba who owns the state.
Ada Anambra disclosed the heinous agenda of the Igbo people in a Tweet which reads “Lagosians, una dey normal?
You see that GRV [Gbadebo-Rhode Vivour] agenda, dey no born you well to achieve it in Igboland.
No matter how long you have lived in Igboland.
The Ala Igbo that gave birth to me will never allow it.
Who bewitched some Lagosians to this level of stupid wokeness?
To buttress her point, Ada Anambra in another tweet, stated “Did you know that five Labour Party Guber aspirants were presented to Mr. Peter Obi to join the Lagos Guber Race.
Peter Obi insisted on Gbadebo Chinedu and rejected the other four, being fully Yoruba all from Lagos Island blc [because] Chinedu who speaks Igbo fluently is from Anambra? ”
Vividly, it could be recalled that Mr. Peter Obi was alleged to have rejected all other Labour Party Governorship aspirants in Lagos State during the last election in favor of Gbadebo-Rhode Vivour, a Yoruba-Igbo-born candidate because of Peter Obi’s believe in only Igbo to deliver the heinous agenda of the Labour Party.
If they can crucify their daughter?
The event that just unveiled itself ahead of the Alaigbo Youth Forum summit in Enugu has proven the generally believed perception that Igbo people still have a long way to go as the region has been consumed by hatred. Even though the same region shouts of marginalization, every day, it is becoming clearer to the international communities that the region is the one marginalizing itself.
Wonderful, it would be hard for anyone to prove it wrong that Mr. Peter Obi has been contacted, and just as he limited the selection of an Igbo Governorship candidate for a Yoruba state of Lagos, he has sieved out Ada Anambra who might have been declared persona non grata amidst the community of Igbo which has been bewitched with “ethno-religious” political bait.
There will, however, be a prize to this as the majority of Nigerians will always remember the parents who buried their daughter alive because she told them to quit support for injustice if they wanted to experience peace. The majority of Nigerians are watching with keen eyes and interests and no amount of reversal of such an act of destructive regional entity will wash the thought off the minds of the glorious Nigerians.
Nigerians will ever be careful and do everything to elect a President who will pick only Aisha Yesufu from the entire nineteen (19) Northern states and Gbadebo-Rhode Vivour from the South West with six states, and go ahead to replace slots belonging to the remaining 34 states in the Nigeria Executive Cabinet with Uche, Chioma, Chiamaka, Chukwudi, Chukwumerije, Ndubuchi and the likes all in the names of wanting to be hearing only from those that have no stain of anti-Igbo agenda.
